• PROTEINS : It also contains proteins, which contribute to the maintenance of muscle mass under normal conditions.
• VITAMIN C: Contains vitamin C, which contributes to the normal formation of collagen for the normal functioning of cartilage, bones and skin . It also contains collagen, glucosamine, chondroitin, magnesium and hyaluronic acid.

Recommended dosage

Take 14 g (approximately the contents of a measuring spoon) per day dissolved in a glass of water or fruit juice, it is recommended to first pour the product, then add the liquid, preferably not cold, and mix.
