How to use:

INTERNAL

• Children: 1 teaspoon grated dosage (0.5 g)/day
• Adults: 2 grated measuring spoons (1 g)/day
• It is administered sublingually until completely dissolved, in the morning, 30 minutes before meals
• Consumption as is does not alter the glycemic index, in case of diabetes
• In mixture: homogenized in honey (2%)
• Children: 2 teaspoons/day (10 g)
• Adults: 2 tablespoons/day (20 g).
