Ingredients: MCT oil (medium chain fatty acids), coating (beef gelatin, humectant: glycerol, water), menaquinone-7.
Daily serving: 1 capsule. Swallow the capsule with a little water. We suggest taking it with or after a meal.

The product should not be consumed by people taking anticoagulants containing vitamin K antagonists (eg, warfarin and acenocoumarol).
