The effect of vitamin D in the body is multidirectional. Vitamin D affects not only our immunity, reducing the incidence of infections, but also the metabolism of calcium and phosphate, regulates the activity of 2,000 to even 3,000 genes and also has hormonal effects. Vitamin D is involved in cell division, maintaining adequate calcium concentration, and is necessary for healthy teeth and muscles. Together with vitamin K, it supports bone health, among other things: increasing calcium absorption in the small intestine and influencing the mineralization of the collagen matrix found in bones. Vitamin K also contributes to proper blood clotting.

Ingredients: MCT oil (medium chain fatty acids), shell (beef gelatin, humectant: glycerol, water), vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).

Daily serving: 1 capsule per day. Swallow the capsule with a little water. We recommend taking it with or immediately after a meal.

Precautions: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product is only intended for healthy people over the age of 75. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
