Ingredients: valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis), lemon balm leaf extract (Melissa officinalis), inulin, shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), melatonin.
Daily serving: 1 capsule. Swallow the capsule with a little water. We recommend taking it about half an hour before going to bed.
Precautions: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The beneficial effect occurs when 1 mg of melatonin is consumed shortly before bedtime. Not recommended for use in children, pregnant and lactating women. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. To maintain proper health, you should eat a varied diet and lead a healthy lifestyle. Keep in a dark and dry place, at room temperature, out of the reach of small children.
