Administration method:
- Daily before going to bed dissolve one teaspoon of Omni-Biotic 6 (= 2 gr) in 125ml of water, wait 10 minutes for activation, shake again and drink
- Of course, you can also take Omni-Biotic 6 twice a day, preferably in the morning and right before bed.
Duration of use:
- Taking Omni-Biotic 6 only makes sense for at least four weeks
