Description
Omega 3 Fish Oil, 30 capsules, Cosmopharm
Properties:
Fish oil contains Omega 3 essential polyunsaturated fatty acids, involved in the regulation of fat metabolism.
Omega 3 cannot be produced by the body, therefore it must be supplemented through the diet.
DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and vision.
DHA and EPA contribute to the normal functioning of the heart.
It normalizes blood pressure, triglycerides and cholesterol.
Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative stress.
Ingredients per capsule:
Concentrated fish oil (anchovy, sardine, mackerel) - 1000 mg of which:
EPA/eicosapentaenoic acid - 180 mg
DHA/docosahexaenoic acid - 120 mg
Vitamin E - 5 mg
Contains fish. Nutritional values: 46.44kj/11.1kcal/cps.
Other components:
Capsule (gelatin, glycerol, purified water), silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent), essential oil of lemon/Citrus limon (flavoring), ascorbyl palmitate (antioxidant), essential oil of Rosemary/Rosmarinus officinalis (flavoring).
Administration method:
Take 1-3 capsules 2 times a day, after meals.
