Where does it come from?
From Zakynthos Island, the most fertile Ionian island, protected geographical area, from olives harvested by hand.
Harvesting olives from AGRO2-1, AGRO2-2 certified plantations is done manually to avoid damaging the olives, which would negatively affect the quality of the oil
Is it cold pressed? Obvious.
Cold pressing is done at a maximum temperature of 27°C within a maximum of 3 days from harvesting.
Acidity: maximum 0.8%
How is it packaged?
In metal boxes, specially created to prevent the penetration of sunlight. The packaging allows preserving all the special qualities of this oil.
