The recommended daily dose of 15 capsules provides up to 14 g of protein and up to 16.5 g of BCAA amino acids and 3.5 mg of vitamin B6, which covers the recommended intake values by 250%.
The Olimp BCAA 1100 Mega Caps ® recipe contains a highly concentrated mixture of crystalline, pharmaceutical branched chain amino acids (BCAAs): leucine, valine and isoleucine (of which there is twice as much leucine as valine or isoleucine). To obtain the beneficial effect resulting from the declared action, it is recommended to use 15 capsules per day. A package containing 120 capsules is enough for 8 days of supplementation for an adult according to the recommendations.
