It is a balanced combination of vitamins, trace elements, essential fatty acids (omega 3)
Omega 3 (of which DHA 225 mg, EPA 50 mg) is obtained from food (fatty fish: salmon, mackerel, etc.).

Oligobs Allaitement/Oligobs MBB Omega 3 is a balanced combination of vitamins, amino acid trace elements and essential fatty acids (omega 3),

- Barley malt extract 60mg

Composition (soft capsules):
- Oil over 500mg
- Omega-3 fatty acids 300mg
- DHA 225mg
- EPA 50mg
Administration method:
1 film-coated tablet and 1 soft capsule of omega 3 per day, to be swallowed with a glass of water. Oligobs®Allaitement/Oligobs®MBB Omega 3 is recommended after birth, throughout the breastfeeding period.
