CardioAid ® -S Plant Sterol Esters is a combination of ester forms of Beta-Sitosterol, Campesterol and Stigmasterol. Plant sterols are structurally similar to cholesterol and perform various biological functions in plants, such as stabilizing cell membranes. Plant sterols contribute to maintaining normal blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect occurs at a daily intake of at least 0.8 g of plant sterols.
One serving of Now ® Beta-Sitosterol Plant Sterols with Fish Oil contains 1 gram (1000 mg) of fish oil-based plant sterol esters. A pack of 180 capsules allows three months of supplementation. Only 2 capsules per day will allow you to obtain the beneficial effect resulting from the declared action.
