Quit smoking with nicotine replacement therapy
What exactly is nicotine replacement therapy and how does it work? Nicotine replacement therapy works by releasing therapeutic nicotine into the bloodstream in much lower doses than in a cigarette – without the harmful chemicals in tobacco smoke that can be harmful to health. In this way, it helps you reduce the desire for cigarettes. Nicotine replacement therapy will give you lower, more controlled doses of nicotine. The dose is slowly reduced over time until you can completely quit nicotine. However, termination will still require your will and effort. 2

How to quit smoking with Nicorette® Spray 1 mg/dose?
If you don't know how to do it, the following diagram will help you. However, we always recommend that you read the written user information first. Step 1: Weeks 1-6 Use Nicorette® spray as soon as you feel the urge to smoke. First, inject the spray once, and if the urge to smoke does not disappear within a few minutes, inject a second dose. We usually recommend applying 1-2 doses every 30 minutes to 1 hour. During step 1, try to note how many doses you apply per day on average. The first week of quitting is usually the hardest, but if you persevere, you are 9 times more likely to quit smoking for good. 3 Step 2: Weeks 7-9 During weeks 7-9, start reducing the number of doses (injections) per day. By the end of the 9th week, it is advisable to take only half the number of doses per day compared to the first step. If, according to our advice, you wrote down the number of doses you take in step 1, at the end of the 9th week you should reach half of this number. Step 3 Week 10-12 It's here - you're successfully approaching a smoke-free life! Now continue to reduce the number of doses so that in the 12th week of withdrawal you are taking a maximum of 4 doses per day. When you manage to reduce the number of doses to 2-4 per day, stop using the oral spray completely. Congratulations, you've made it - you can finally take a deep breath!

Health benefits
You have long known that smoking is bad for your health. With each additional cigarette, you inhale up to 4,000 different chemicals, many of which are poisons and carcinogens. Smoking can cause health problems not only for you, but also for your loved ones. Passive smoking can cause the same diseases that smokers suffer from. Above all, children who live in smoky areas are much more likely to develop respiratory diseases, allergies, asthma, otitis media and other diseases. 6 Our body is an incredible machine and can handle almost anything. Just a few days after you quit smoking, your taste and smell will start to improve and you'll be able to breathe better. Thanks to this, you will finally be able to fully devote yourself to the activities you love. Did you know that after a year of not smoking, the risk of a heart attack drops by half? That's why it's worth quitting smoking! 7
Financial benefits
Yes, nicotine replacement therapy costs money, but is it more expensive than smoking? It is more than unlikely! Many people don't even realize how much their smoking habit is really costing them. Try to calculate your current cigarette consumption in a month. And in what year? When you calculate this amount, it may take your breath away. The packaging of some Nicorette ® products may be more expensive than a pack of cigarettes, but in the long run you will pay much less for them than you would for cigarettes. Nicorette ® Nicotine Replacement Therapy is designed to help you quit nicotine for good, so the costs associated with it are only one time.
