213.4 mg trivalent magnesium dicitrate

200 mg magnesium oxide

150.5 mg magnesium bisglycinate

150 mg of magnesium malate

A total of 200 mg of elemental magnesium (53.3% of the reference intake value)

Dosage

1-2 capsules per day. Take with a sufficient amount of water and ideally before a meal. The time of day does not affect the effect. Sensitive people should start with one capsule per day and gradually increase the dose to the recommended 2 capsules per day.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This nutritional supplement is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
