- The plantain ( Plantago ovata ) is a plant cultivated for the collection of seeds that have documented health-promoting properties. Plantain is primarily used to ensure proper bowel movements by achieving proper stool consistency. An additional benefit of using plantain peel is maintaining the health of the circulatory system and normal blood cholesterol levels.
To obtain the beneficial effect resulting from the declared effect, it is recommended to consume 24 g of MyVita natural fibers after mixing with water. A large convenient zip-top package contains 1000g of a blend of psyllium seeds and psyllium husks, in which up to 60% is dietary fibre.
