Mumio, known as shilajit, supports the immune system and may have antioxidant properties. It supports mental and cognitive functions and helps maintain bone and joint health. In addition, shilajit supports the metabolism of fats and sugars, helps maintain the health of the urinary system and supports sexual functions. The composition has been enriched with BioPerine® black pepper extract. Black pepper supports digestion and absorption of nutrients and increases the effectiveness of herbal ingredients.
