Administration method:

*One tablet provides: 34mg Vitamin C (43% of the RDI*), 90mg Elemental Magnesium (24% of the RDI*), 10mg Zinc (100% of the RDI*), 2000IU vitamin D3 (1000% of the RDI*), 16mg Niacin (100% of NRV*), 6mg Vitamin E (50% of NRV*), 6mg Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid) (100% of NRV*), 1.4 mg Vitamin B2 (Riblofavin) (100% of NRV*) ), 1.4mg Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine)(100% of the RDI*), 200 μg Folic Acid (100% of the RDI*), 2.5 μg Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin) (100% of the RDI*).
