Due to their long-term pleasant effect, the patches provide a pleasant and soothing warmth for up to 12 hours. The perfect solution for tight muscles or unpleasant tension. The heat can also relieve mild muscle or joint pain.

Instructions for use:

Remove the thermal patches from the individual packaging, peel off the protective paper, then place the patch flat on the affected painful point, with the adhesive side on the skin, and press carefully. Make sure the heating elements do not overlap. It may take up to 30 minutes for the patch to reach the therapeutic temperature. For maximum effectiveness, we recommend wearing for 12 hours. Do not wear for more than 12 hours in a 24 hour period. Lay the patch flat on the skin. Do not fold or wrap it, as this increases the risk of burns. For single use only. Discard after use.
