Description
Iron with mild action, 28 mg, 90 capsules, Jamieson

Administration method:
Adults: 1 capsule a day, during the meal. To be taken a few hours before or after taking other medicines or natural health products.
Ingredients:
Elemental iron (ferrous bisglycinate) 28 mg; Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) 800 mcg; Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 8 mcg; Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 60 mg; Folate (Folic Acid) 400 mcg; cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, water-soluble cellulose; anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
Precautions:
Do not exceed recommended dose for daily consumption. Do not administer to children. Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
This product contains enough iron to seriously harm a child. Food supplements do not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. In case of hypersensitivity, stop using the product.
Store at a temperature between 15˚C and 25˚C.
