It is a dietary supplement containing melatonin in a dose of 5 mg, which helps to shorten the time needed to fall asleep and to alleviate the effects of sudden changes in time zones or night shift work.
Directions for use:
Adults: 1 capsule per day approximately 1 hour before bedtime.
Ingredients: bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; melatonin; anti-caking agents; magnesium salts of fatty acids (magnesium stearate) and silicon dioxide; capsule: bovine gelatin, coloring: calcium carbonate.
Precautions:
Do not consume alcoholic beverages while using this dietary supplement.
Melatonin may interfere with the reaction capacity of people driving and operating machinery.
Do not use in children and pregnant and breastfeeding women.
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
