Properties:
Melatonin may contribute to:
- alleviation of sleep disturbances*, reduction of the time required to fall asleep**.
*The beneficial effect is obtained under the conditions of consumption of a minimum dose of 0.5 mg administered before going to bed on the first day of travel and in the following few days after arriving at the destination.
**The beneficial effect is obtained under conditions of consumption of 1 mg of melatonin before going to bed.

Mode of administration:
½ (one half) tablet in the evening, 30 minutes before going to bed or as recommended by the health professional. Swallow the tablets with a sufficient amount of water.

Ingredients:
bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, calcium phosphate, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; melatonin - 5 mg; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, colloidal silicon dioxide.
The product does not contain: preservatives, dyes, sugar, lactose, gluten, flavorings or artificial sweeteners.
