I've been taking Zzzquill for over a year now and I'm still thrilled. I take one just before I go to sleep and fall asleep within 10 minutes. It used to take me at least an hour. Conclusion after almost a month of use: you really do fall asleep quickly. You don't become addicted and there is no habituation effect. The only drawback is that you fall asleep reliably, but not all the way through. I still wake up after 4 to 5 hours of sleep and can't fall asleep again. However, thanks to the product, I actually get more sleep than before.
The Wick ZzzQuil soft gums help me to fall asleep very quickly (they are not a sleep aid!). I take a soft gum when I'm already in bed and I'm out in no time. There is no habituation effect, they taste good (wild berry) and help quickly. I am very satisfied and can definitely recommend them.
