Melatonin is a substance synthesized in the pineal gland.
The synthesis of melatonin is stimulated during the night, the decrease in the intensity of natural light, decreasing the intensity of the process and negatively influencing physiological rest.
During wakefulness, the body accumulates important amounts of toxic substances that can only be eliminated during sleep, corresponding to everyone's biorhythm. Melatonin production decreases with age.

Ingredients:
Melatonin - 3 mg
Inactive ingredients - microcrystalline cellulose, corn starch, magnesium stearate, raspberry flavor, color agent (Allura Red 40).

Mode of administration:
For adults only. One tablet a day, in the evening at bedtime, with a sufficient amount of liquid.

Precautions:
Contraindicated for children, pregnant or lactating women, as well as in case of immune disorders or hereditary predisposition to them.
To be administered with caution in case of ailments.
It can interfere with alcohol or with some immunosuppressive products or corticoids when administered simultaneously.
