Properties:

100% natural food supplement. Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the muscular system, to the maintenance of the health of the bone system, to the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion, to the electrolyte balance, to the normal energy metabolism, to the normal synthesis of proteins, to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to the maintenance of mental health.

All enzymatic reactions in the body, especially the enzymes responsible for energy production, need magnesium. Magnesium supports the transport of electrolytes (potassium, calcium), as well as some nutrients, through cell membranes, also contributing to maintaining heart health and regulating blood sugar levels.

Ingredients:
Marine magnesium 1000 mg, with magnesium content of at least 33%, vegetable capsule: hypromellose. One capsule of Marine Magnesium contains 330 mg of magnesium*.

Does not contain lactose, gluten, soy, magnesium stearate, artificial sweeteners or chemical additives!

Administration method:

• 1 capsule per day, administered during the meal. To combat magnesium deficiency: 1 capsule 2-3 times a day, administered during meals, or as recommended by the doctor.
• To be administered preferably at an interval of 2 hours after the allopathic medication.
• Marine magnesium can be associated with D-ribose, N-acetyl L-Carnitine and Coenzyme Q10, with which it acts synergistically.

Precautions and contraindications:
People with kidney failure, liver damage, allergic people or those who are going to undergo surgery should consult the doctor before use.

Side effects and interactions:

• No side effects were reported at the recommended doses.
• Overdosage of the product can cause diarrhea, fatigue, irritability, hypotension, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, respiratory problems, the feeling of muscle paralysis.
• The bottle contains an envelope for absorbing moisture. Do not consume!
