Dandelion root tea, 50 g, Stef Mar

Properties:
- contributes to the normal functioning of the stomach and liver;
- supports the excretory function of the kidneys;
- helps to detoxify the body by stimulating diuresis.

Administration method:
Infusion - to a cup (250 ml) of boiling water, add 1-2 teaspoons of the crushed herb, leave covered for 10-15 minutes, administer 2-3 cups a day 30 minutes before meals.
Cold maceration - to a cup (250 ml) of water add 1 tablespoon of chopped plant, keep for 6-8 hours at room temperature, then strain and consume the entire quantity during a day.

Contraindications:
Contraindicated in case of blockage of the bile ducts.
Do not exceed the recommended dose for daily consumption.
