How to use: Before using the cup for the first time in a given cycle and after the end of menstruation, boil it in hot water or wash it using special detergents intended for this purpose. To apply the cup correctly, put it in your hand and then fold the upper part, for example, into the letter C or S. After inserting it into the vagina, the cup should open and stick to the walls. You can use it up to 12 hours a day. Between applications, rinse the mug with lukewarm water and wash it with a mild detergent.
