Properties:

How to use:
Adults: 1 capsule per day, 30 minutes before bedtime.

COMPOSITION/CAPSULE (410 mg): 6-7:1 extract of Melissa officinalis L. leaves, standardized to a minimum of 2% flavones 30 mg; melatonin 50% on liposomal support (fatty acids 10-15% and phospholipids 15-20%) PureWay™ M 10 mg (contains 5 mg melatonin); minimum fructooligosaccharides 93% (GoFos P 95) 5 mg; Bacillus coagulans 100x109 CFU/g 1 mg; Lactobacillus rhamnosus 500x109 CFU/g 1 mg; Bacillus lactis 500x109 CFU/g 1 mg; Lactobacillus plantarum 500x109 CFU/g 1 mg; Bacillus longum 100x109 CFU/g 1 mg; Lactobacillus casei 400x109 CFU/g 1 mg; Lactobacillus paracasei 400x109 CFU/g 1 mg; Bacillus breve 300x109 CFU/g 1 mg; Bacillus helveticus 200x109 CFU/g 1 mg; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: talc, corn starch, pregelatinized corn starch, colloidal silicon dioxide. The capsule contains hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
