Description
Linomag ® ointment is a medicine developed to support the treatment of skin diseases such as rashes, eczema and intertrigo. It can also be used in cases of excessive dryness of the skin and to alleviate the symptoms of psoriasis. Linomag ® green is also suitable for children and infants with excessively dry skin.
The ointment covers the epidermis with a fatty layer that prevents water loss and restores proper hydration of the epidermis. Through lubrication and hydration, it reduces the drying of the skin and the exfoliation of the epidermis, reducing the impact of the adverse effects of external factors. The exogenous polyunsaturated fatty acids included in the active substance normalize the functions of the skin and accelerate its regeneration through their participation in lipid metabolism, they are necessary to maintain the proper condition of the skin. This effect mainly depends on the content of essential fatty acids: linoleic acid and linolenic acid. These acids also have a beneficial effect on the maintenance and regeneration of the skin's natural barrier.
Linomag is only used externally on the skin.
