Cleans safely and thoroughly. Recommended for dental hygiene. Interdental care. Flossing is safe and thorough. Dental floss is particularly suitable for cleaning narrow interdental spaces. Improper flossing can lead to gum damage. Consult a dentist or dental hygienist regarding proper flossing. Instructions for use: Break about 40 cm of dental floss, wrap it around your middle fingers and hold it between your thumb and forefinger so that a 3-5 cm long portion remains between both hands. Gently move it from side to side in the interdental space to remove food debris and plaque. Avoid too much pressure. Slide the floss between your fingers after each interdental cleaning. Finally, rinse your mouth with mouthwash.
