Many children suffer from hearing disorders due to a hearing impairment. And unfortunately, that group is constantly growing. This has been demonstrated by various studies. And the reason is also clear: a child's hearing is still developing and therefore less resistant to loud noise. Add to that the fact that we live in a society where sometimes you have to deal with a lot of decibels, like New Year's fireworks or sound systems at festivals, fairs and other events.

Alecto's BV-71 hearing protection for children is an excellent choice in this respect:
Hearing protection attenuates harmful and loud noises, but does not isolate the child from ambient noise (29dB SNR attenuation).
The hearing protection is light and foldable and therefore easy to transport (ideal for events and festivals).
Thanks to its universal fit, this noise protection is already suitable for children from 18 months.

Mode of use:
Undo the support band as wide as needed, place it on the child's head and fit the headphones over the ears.
Adjust the support band so that the earcups of the headphones sit perfectly over the child's ears.
To ensure effective noise protection, be sure to adjust the headphones and fit them on your ears properly.
The child should always wear the headphones before exposure to the noise source and keep them on throughout the exposure.

Cleaning and disinfection:
The product should be washed and disinfected with a damp cloth, eyeglass cleaner or other solutions with a low percentage of alcohol.
Depending on the use, it is mandatory to disinfect the product once every 3 months.

Precautions:
All the components of the earmuffs for children that come into contact with the skin must be disinfected with alcohol regularly.
Certain chemicals may affect this product.
Headphones can degrade over time and should be checked periodically for tears, holes, etc.
Applying hygienic ear protection to the front of the earcups may affect the acoustic performance of the product.
When not in use, we recommend storing the headphones in a dry and clean bag.

Used materials:
The material used to make the support band is POM (formaldehyde), the soft part is made of PVC, and the headphones themselves are made of ABS.
