Description
The Kick the Tick Safe Tick Remover is used to provide first aid in cases of tick infestation. The shape of the device is adapted to the structure of the tick, which allows efficient and independent removal of the feeding parasite. Using the device limits the possibility of transmission of infectious agents during tick removal.
Application: for removing ticks attached to the skin of humans and animals.
How to use: Using an appropriately selected tick remover tip, firmly grasp the attached tick as close to the skin surface as possible. Remove the tick with a firm upward motion. Check that there are no fragments of the tick's body left at the site of the bite. Disinfect the area after removing the tick. Discard the removed tick or place it in a test tube for laboratory testing. After using the device, disinfect it and wash or disinfect your hands thoroughly.
