Vitamin C helps to:

Vitamin C contributes to: maintaining proper energy metabolism, reducing the feeling of tiredness and fatigue.

Vitamin C increases iron absorption.

Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin and is a cofactor in at least eight enzymatic reactions, including several steps in collagen synthesis. Vitamin C is excreted from the body through urine. This means that it is necessary to constantly supply it with food. The body cannot synthesize or store vitamin C by itself.
