Holistic Solroslecithin sunflower lecithin phospholipids phosphatidylcholine phosphatidylethanolamine structure of cell membranes.
Holistic Solroslecithin is a dietary supplement containing sunflower lecithin. Holistic Solroslecithin contains only naturally unbleached sunflower lecithin powder from non-genetically modified sunflower seeds. Lecithin is rich in phospholipids and contains no cholesterol.
Ingredients: natural lecithin from sunflower seeds, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide).

The daily portion contains : 10 g phospholipids, including phosphatidylcholine 2.3 g phosphatidylethanolamine; phosphatidylinositol 2.2 g; phosphatidic acid 0.6 g
Directions for use for adults : 1 tablespoon (10 grams) per day. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
