Tomatoes are characterized by a Mediterranean climate with hot and dry summers, mild winters and occasional rain. In such a climate and in direct sunlight, it ripens to an intensely sweet taste. However, growing tomatoes in the open field is a huge challenge for our organic farmers. Tomatoes are extremely susceptible to diseases and pests.

Due to rapid growth and development, especially in the first year of life, children need high-quality protein for healthy development and immune system function. BIO eggs contain many proteins that the human body can process particularly well. In addition, BIO eggs contain valuable omega-3 fatty acids as well as vitamins A, D and E.

The preparation

On the water bath: Place the bowl in hot, hot water (approx. 70°C) for 10 minutes, remove the foil, stir.

In the microwave: Prick the lid foil in several places and heat for 90 seconds at 360 W (medium or low). Heat the separate bowl in the center of the microwave. We choose the heating time and temperature according to the manufacturer's instructions. Do not reheat in the oven.
