How does the test work?

A test from a small blood sample detects the presence of antibodies against transglutaminase (IgA antibodies), which are a sign of gluten intolerance . This test is suitable for initial diagnosis, but also for monitoring the course of treatment. With a gluten-free diet, the IgA antibodies disappear within a few weeks. After 6 months, the antibodies are no longer detectable. The reliability of the Veroval test for gluten intolerance is greater than 98%.
