Polish cosmetics brand Hagi Cosmetics has created a natural, marzipan-scented scrub intended for body care exfoliation. It is a cosmetic that removes dead skin cells more intensively than traditional peeling. In this way, the skin is stimulated to produce new cells, its microcirculation and color are improved.

Hagi Scrub is a coarse-grained product with crystals from two types of salt:

• Bochnia salt (bormine-iodine): extracted from Miocene deposits, used in baths, inhalations, compresses, improves the condition of all types of skin, including atopic and allergic ones.
• Zabłocka salt (iodine-bromine): obtained by concentrating brine mined near Dębowiec, contains a high concentration of iodine, bromine, magnesium, silicon, calcium and selenium ions, brings relief to the skin, especially dry and atopic ones, by improving his condition.

The salt particles have been enriched with a set of care ingredients. They are primarily:

• plum seed oil: rebuilds the hydrolipidic layer of the epidermis, helps to regenerate it, soothes and calms irritations, protects against TEWL (transepidermal water loss from the skin),
• apricot seed oil: lightly lubricates the skin, creates a thin occlusive dressing, nourishes, has a smoothing and softening effect, enhances the effect of other active ingredients,
• glycerine: penetrates the stratum corneum, helps to transport the active ingredients, hydrates,
• vitamin E: has secondary moisturizing and protective properties by strengthening intercellular cement structures, binds free radicals. by slowing down the aging process of the skin, it has anti-inflammatory properties.

Exfoliating care for dry and normal skin is the purpose of the Hagi Cosmetics Srub product. Plum seeds, from which the scrub oil was obtained, not only have care properties, but together with apricot seed oil, give it a unique aroma reminiscent of sweet marzipan.
