Description
100% pure grapefruit essential oil, 10 ml, Herbavit
Properties:
- the top notes are fresh, light and fruity with sweet tones;
- can be combined with essential oils of: juniper, lavender, palmarosa or rosemary;
- antiseptic, antidepressant, anti-inflammatory, bactericidal, depurative, general tonic;
- mixed with a base oil (e.g. olive or almond oil) or massage oil helps reduce water retention and helps eliminate cellulite;
- in the case of a hangover, it is recommended mixed with essential oil of fennel and rosemary in the morning bath;
- in the composition of the lotions, it has the role of toning the scalp, and caring for oily, acne-prone skin;
- aromatherapy uses oil to alleviate depression, stress, physical and emotional fatigue;
- can be added to bath water, with a refreshing effect.
Active ingredients:
Essential oil of grapefruit (Citrus Paradisi).
Way of ussage:
Massage: 4-6 drops of essential oil incorporated in a vegetable oil.
Bath: 5-10 drops in bath water.
Aromatherapy: 3-5 drops mixed with water.
