Preparation:

• Wash your hands before making the porridge. Check the cleanliness of all containers
• Boil drinking water suitable for infants for about 5 minutes
• Pour a measured amount of boiled water (120 ml) into a vessel and allow to cool to about 40 °C
• Pour in 45 g of porridge (6-7 spoons), stirring constantly
• Mix with a fork and let sit for about half a minute. Mix again
