StrataCTX is a flexible full contact dressing for the management of dry skin and skin irritations.
StrataCTX is used to relieve moderate inflammation associated with dry, itchy, scaly, and irritated skin.
In severe inflammatory conditions, the use of StrataCTX reduces pain, erythema and warmth.
StrataCTX has been created for use on all types of wounds and compromised skin such as:

- Skin reactions
- Itchy
- Xerotic, dry skin
- Flaky skin
- Cracks in the skin
- Blisters
- Injuries due to medical adhesives (MARSI)
- Erythema
- Reactions associated with infusions
- Eruptions: Maculopapular eruptions, Hand-foot syndrome, GvHD, Acne eruptions, Eruptions located at the level of the hair follicle, sweat glands.

StrataCTX can be used with or without a secondary dressing. StrataCTX is recommended for children and people with sensitive skin.
StrataCTX is intended for single patient use.

How to use:
Make sure the affected area is clean and dry.
Apply a very thin layer of StrataCTX directly to the affected area and allow the gel to dry.

When applied correctly, StrataCTX should dry in 5–6 minutes. If the drying process takes longer, it means that you have applied too much gel. Gently remove the excess with a clean pad to allow the product to dry.
Once dry, StrataCTX can be covered with sun protection products, cosmetics and clothing.
StrataCTX should be applied at least twice daily to the affected areas as needed or as directed by the attending physician.
For best results StrataCTX must be kept in direct contact with the skin at all times (24 hours a day/7 days a week).

Precautions:
- For external use only
- Avoid contact with eyes
- StrataCTX should not be applied over other treatments without the prior authorization of the doctor.
- If not completely dry, StrataCTX may stain clothing. In this case, the stains can be removed by dry cleaning without damaging the fabric.
- For proper storage, close the tube tightly with the cap after use.
- In the event of a skin infection or if the wound does not heal, immediately consult the attending physician.
- In case of skin irritation, stop the treatment and consult your doctor.
- Not recommended for exudative, tunneled wounds or 3rd degree burns.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not use after the expiry date (EXP) printed on the tube. The expiry date (EXP) does not change after opening the tube.
- Do not use if the tube is damaged.
- StrataCTX does not require special destruction methods. Please comply with local disposal regulations.
- Within the European Union, serious incidents related to the use of StrataCTX must be reported to Stratpharma and the competent authority.
