Description
Holistic C-vitamin Bioflav vitamin C magnesium 90 capsules.
Food supplement
Contains vitamin C and citrus bioflavonoids. The body does not produce vitamin C on its own, so it must be supplied through the diet.
Ingredients : L-ascorbic acid, citrus bioflavonoids, bulking agent (rice extract). Capsule of vegetable origin pullulan (obtained by natural fermentation).

The daily portion contains : Vitamin C from 500 mg (625% RWS*) to 2000 mg (2500 RWS*); Bioflavonoids from 250 mg to 1000 mg. *RWS - % of reference intake values
How to use for adults : 1-4 capsules per day.
