Dosage

• One pipette containing 0.67 ml solution for skin drop for dogs weighing between 2 and 10 kg
• A pipette containing 1.34 ml of solution to drip on the skin for a dog weighing 10 to 20 kg
• One pipette containing 2.68 ml of solution to drip on the skin for a dog weighing between 20 and 40 kg
• One pipette containing 4.02 ml of skin drop solution for a dog weighing more than 40 kg and one pipette containing 4.02 ml of skin drop solution together with a suitable pipette of smaller content for dogs that weigh more than 60 kg

In this way, you apply the minimum recommended dose of 6.7 mg/kg of fipronil. Due to insufficient drug safety testing, the minimum interval between applications is 4 weeks.

It is recommended to apply once a month in case of an increased risk of repeated flea infestation, if the dog is allergic to flea bites and in case of necessary control of tick infestation or frequent bathing of the dog using a hypoallergenic or emollient shampoo. Remove the pipette from the triple bag. Hold the pipette vertically and remove the cap. Turn the pipette cap over and put the opposite end back on the pipette. Push and twist the cap to break off the pipette cap. Then remove the cap from the pipette. Stretch the animal's fur between the shoulder blades so that you can see the skin. Place the tip of the pipette on the skin and squeeze several times to empty the contents directly onto the skin.

The drug is effective against flea infestation for 2 months and against ticks for up to 4 weeks, depending on the presence of fleas and ticks in the environment. Fleas are killed within 24 hours of contact with the animal.

Warning

Due to insufficient data on the use of the drug, do not administer to puppies under 8 weeks of age or dogs weighing less than 2 kg. Do not administer to sick (systemic diseases, fever) or convalescent animals. Do not administer to rabbits due to possible adverse effects and mortality. The medicine is intended for dogs. Do not feed the cats; application may cause overdose.

The medicine must not come into contact with the animal's eyes.

Use during pregnancy, lactation, egg laying

1) Special precautions for use on animals Ticks attached to an animal must be removed before using the product to avoid the risk of communicable diseases. It is important to ensure that the product is applied to non-lickable areas and that animals do not lick each other immediately after application. Based on efficacy test data in dogs shampooed 2 days after product application, bathing is not recommended 2 days after product application and bathing more than once a week is not recommended. Emollient shampoos can be used before the application of the drug, but if used weekly after the application of the drug, they limit the duration of protection against fleas to about 5 weeks. A 6-week study showed that bathing once a week with a medicated shampoo containing 2% chlorhexidine did not affect the effectiveness of the flea medication. After applying the medicine, dogs should not bathe in natural water sources for 2 days (see section 6.6). In rare cases, a tick may be attached. Therefore, it is impossible to completely exclude the transmission of infectious diseases. The tick is usually killed and falls off the host within 24 to 48 hours of attachment without sucking. During the drug's effect, an occasional tick bite cannot be ruled out. Animal fleas often infest cages, animal bedding and resting areas, carpets and household furniture. Therefore, these places should be regularly treated with an appropriate insecticide and vacuumed due to mass infestation and as part of protective measures.

2) Special safety measures to be taken by the person administering the medicine to animals The medicine can cause irritation of mucous membranes and eyes. Therefore, it is necessary to avoid contact of the medicine with the mouth and eyes. People with known hypersensitivity to fipronil or alcohol should not come into contact with this veterinary medicinal product. Try to avoid contact with the contents with your fingers. If it comes into contact, wash your hands with soap and water. After accidental eye contact, rinse the eye with clean water. Wash your hands after use. Do not handle treated animals and children should not play with them until the medicine has dried at the application site. Evening treatment is recommended and animals should not sleep with their owners, especially children. Do not smoke, eat or drink while applying the medicine.

Keep out of reach and sight of children. Store in original packaging to protect from light.
