INSERTION:

If this is your first time using a cup, try using the FUN CUP when you have a little time to practice this activity.

Take a comfortable position with your legs apart - sit on the toilet or sit with your feet propped up on a chair.
Bend the mug in the desired way. (See photos)
Insert the closed cup into the vagina. You can use lubricant.
Push as far as you can, then release.

The cup will open into the vagina, covering the cervix. To create a vacuum that holds the cup in place, turn the cup over and wiggle it while holding it gently at the bottom. Contract and relax your pelvic floor to help. Pull gently, making sure the FUN CUP fits snugly in the vagina and resists when you try to remove it.

DISASSEMBLY AND EMPTYING:

Thanks to the negative pressure and suction generated, the cup rests comfortably on the vaginal walls and maintains a tight seal. To remove it comfortably, the vacuum must be removed. Use your pelvic floor to push the cup and use your fingers to press the cup. Thus, the suction will disappear and the FUN CUP can be removed freely. Be careful not to spill the contents. Empty the cup in the toilet or shower. Wash with soap and water and reapply.

AFTER PERIOD:

Wash the mug with warm soapy water, dry it and put it in the bag. You can sterilize the FUN CUP by boiling it for 3 minutes in boiling water. To clean the bag, wash it with soap and water, then dry it. You can wash it at 30 degrees.
