USE:

Unlock by removing the striped cap and pull the nozzle up and slightly to the side until you hear the characteristic 'click' sound. Check that the safety valve has opened by gently pressing the bottle. Gently and carefully insert the nozzle into the vagina, preferably in a sitting or standing position. Adjust the angle of the nozzle and press the bottle to perform the wash.

Use any other vaginal product at least 30 minutes later.
