Ingredients :

Aqueous extract of plants (54 %) from: carrot root, nettle leaf, spinach leaf, bitter gourd root, fennel fruit, brown seaweed thallus, hibiscus flower. Mixture of fruit concentrate (29 %): pear, grape, blackcurrant juice, blackberry, cherry, orange, beetroot, carob extract, water, lemon, apple. Aqueous yeast extract, honey, poppies juice concentrate with 4% vitamin C (0.9%), ferrous gluconate (iron), L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), wheat germ extract, natural flavors, hydrochloride thiamine (vitamin B1), riboflavin-5'-sodium phosphate (vitamin B2), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).

Administration method:

Shake before use.
Do not drink directly from the bottle and use the graduated cap.
10 ml twice a day, preferably 30 minutes before meals.
