Description

The breastfeeding phase is very special because you pass important nutrients to the baby through breast milk. During the breastfeeding period , the need for certain nutrients increases , e.g. special attention should be paid to a sufficient intake of the omega-3 fatty acid DHA.

The intake of DHA (omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids) during breastfeeding contributes to the normal development of the brain and vision of your breastfed baby. The beneficial effect of DHA is achieved by an additional daily intake of 200 mg of DHA above the recommended daily intake of omega-3 fatty acids for adults, i.e. 250 mg of DHA and EPA.

Femibion® 3 provides carefully selected substances, especially DHA, which will support you during this period as a supplement to a varied diet. It also provides you with folate, vitamin A, iron, calcium, choline, lutein and other substances. Iron helps reduce fatigue and calcium contributes to normal bone development. Dosage

Take 1 tablet and 1 capsule a day with plenty of water, preferably with a main meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
