Description

Properties:

Ingredients:
Dandelion leaves (Taraxacum offiinale), Nettle aerial parts, Birch leaves, Juniper fruits, Elder flowers, Burdock roots.
Method of preparation:
Infusion of 1 - 2 teaspoons of herbs in 200 ml of boiling water, cover and leave for 5-7 minutes.
Way of ussage:
- Children over 6 years: 1-2 cups of tea per day.
- Adults: 3 – 4 cups of tea per day.
Tea is drunk between meals. The duration of a course is 6-8 weeks.
