Efferalgan Forte effervescent tablets – an analgesic and antipyretic drug
Each Efferalgan effervescent tablet contains 1000 mg of active substance - paracetamol ( Paracetamolum ). The drug reduces the elevated body temperature, but does not affect the normal temperature. Importantly, paracetamol irritates the gastric mucosa to a lesser extent than salicylates.
The indication for the use of the drug with paracetamol 1 g Efferalgan (8 effervescent tablets) is pain of various origins, including:
- headaches,
- toothache,
- joint and muscle pain,
- dysmenorrhea,
- neuralgia and others.
Tablets with a double dose of paracetamol * Efferalgan Forte will also be useful in the treatment of symptomatic conditions similar to flu, cold and fever. When dissolved in water, the effervescent tablets form a drinking solution that facilitates administration.
