Efferalgan, rectal suppositories, is a medicine with analgesic and antipyretic properties for use in infants and children weighing between 15 and 30 kg (aged approximately 3 to 9 years). It can be used in adolescents and adults. The drug reduces the elevated body temperature that occurs during the disease, but does not lower the normal temperature. The active substance of Efferalgan is paracetamol. The package contains 10 suppositories.
