Use:

• Exfoliation or removal of old tan
• Wash off deodorant, perfume and makeup
• Apply moisturizer to dry areas (elbows, fingers, wrists, knees, ankles, toes)
• Apply the self-tanning foam using an application mitt to spread it evenly
• Finally, stretch the fingertips, backs of hands and fingers with a Kabuki brush or the remaining foam on the glove

• Leave it on for 6-8 hours and then wash it off
• On very light skin, let it act for only 3 hours
