1 g of medicinal powder contains 1 g of alkaline bismuth gallate ( Bismuthi subgallas ).
Like other bismuth salts, basic bismuth gallate is characterized by multidirectional action - astringent, inhibits minor hemorrhages, disinfectant, anti-inflammatory, anti-purulent, drying, anti-acne and exfoliant .
The powder constricts blood vessels, stopping minor bleeding or exudates, further protecting the damaged skin surface and preventing swelling. Due to this, the epidermis heals faster and the process itself is not disturbed.
Dermatol is not absorbed from the surface of the skin.
Dermatol medicinal powder 5 g is intended for adults, for local administration on diseased skin.
