Description
Both forms of vitamin B12 are bioactive and directly usable in the body. Methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin together in a strong concentration and in the form of a tablet that dissolves in the mouth. An essential B vitamin for vegans , which contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and psyche, to normal energy metabolism, to the normal functioning of the immune system and participates in the process of cell division.

Dosage
Take 1 tablet daily or as directed by your doctor. Place the tablet under the tongue until it dissolves. The rest can be drunk with water after two minutes.
Notifications
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This nutritional supplement does not serve as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep in a cool and dry place, not in the bathroom or in the refrigerator. Keep out of reach of children. If you have recently had coronary stenting surgery, do not use this product (unless your doctor advises you to do so).
